Site Visit by IREF in Mumbai: Project Avana by Regency Group  

An Immersive Experience

As students interested in the real estate market, we were offered a chance to attend the Avana development project by the Regency Group in Mumbai as part of a site visit arranged by the Institute of Real Estate and finance (IREF) . This visit provided us with an immersive experience that enabled us to view the different phases of construction and get useful insights into the real estate Project development.

During the visit, we got the opportunity to contact with the sales staff and engineers on site, who were more than willing to answer our questions and give us with thorough information about the project. They showed us the example unit and highlighted the different features and services that will be offered to tenants. It was amazing to observe the attention to detail and the emphasis on quality in the design and construction of the flat, and to learn about the materials and processes used to create the structure. They showed us the 2BHK and 3BHK beautifully designed interiors. This project contain more or less 3000 units and 6 towers and a podium garden.

In addition to the technical parts of the building project, we also got significant insights into the sales and marketing procedures involved in real estate development. The sales staff gave us with a full presentation of the property, including its location, features, Amenities and facilities, and they addressed our questions regarding the purchase process and the numerous financing choices available.

This site visit was a wonderful learning experience for us. It gave us with a hands-on knowledge of the numerous phases involved in constructing a building and the procedures involved in sales and marketing. We are appreciative to the Regency Group for giving us with this opportunity, and we look forward to implementing what we learned to our future careers in the real estate sector.

Overall, the site visit by IREF provided a great opportunity for the Students to get a firsthand experience of the Avana project construction  by the Regency Group in Mumbai. The project is expected to be completed soon, and residents can look forward to moving into their new homes in a luxurious and well-connected location in Mumbai.
